Introduction: Welcome to Sweet Fusion Challenge and its accompanying services!

After submitting accurate and complete registration information (including phone number, email, etc.) and passing verification, you will be assigned an account, which you can personalize. b) You have the right to use the account according to our rules. We reserve the right to reclaim your account for operational needs or if you breach this Agreement. c) Your account is essential for us to identify you and provide services. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and limiting access to your device. Transferring your account is prohibited to avoid disputes. You will be responsible for all activities under your account and password. If you are under 14 years old, you should use the service under parental or guardian supervision. d) You are responsible for the authenticity and validity of your personal information and must inform us of any changes. We may suspend or limit your service if you provide false or outdated information, without liability on our part. e) We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your account use in accordance with legal requirements. Any losses incurred (e.g., loss of data or access restrictions) will be your responsibility.

**2.Service Content **a) Sweet Fusion Challenge offers match-3 puzzle gameplay, including but not limited to creating and saving game progress, accessing different levels, and using in-game items and boosters.

3.Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination a) You acknowledge that our services are subject to current technological and operational limits. While we strive to provide continuous and secure services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, like technical issues or force majeure. b) We reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the game and its services for operational or security reasons.

7.Prohibited Actions a) Unless authorized in writing, you must not engage in actions such as removing copyright information from the game, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works based on the game.

8.Data Storage a) We are not responsible for the deletion or failure to store your data within the game. It's your responsibility to back up any important data.

9.Complaints and Reporting a) We encourage you to report any inappropriate or illegal behavior within the game, and we reserve the right to take necessary actions without prior notice.

10.Risk Assumption a) You assume full responsibility for your actions within the game and the content you create or share. We are not liable for any risks or damages arising from your use of the game.

16.Amendment of Agreement i. We may modify this Agreement due to changes in the internet landscape, legal regulations, or business needs. Changes will be published on our website or communicated through email or in-game notifications. ii. If you disagree with the modifications, you should stop using Sweet Fusion Challenge. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.

17.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction a) This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the game's operators are located. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
